Service fee

At NZZL, we want every part of your experience to feel smooth, transparent, and taken care of — just as you would be welcomed in a Moroccan home. That includes offering reliable 24/7 customer support and ensuring our platform runs effortlessly.

To help make this possible, a service fee is applied once a booking is confirmed, and this amount is deducted from the host’s payout. Most hosts contribute between 9% and 12% toward this fee, which applies to all hospitality listings.

Value Added Tax

Value Added Tax (VAT) — sometimes known as GST, service tax, or consumption tax depending on the country — is a standard tax placed on goods and services. Wherever applicable, our service fees already include VAT, so what you see is what you pay.

As part of our commitment to clear communication and trusted service, we may update our fee structure from time to time, always following the guidelines set out in our Terms of Service.
